ATTENTION: The archery tournament at Lincoln that was scheduled for February 5 has been canceled.
Fortunately, Mr. Gaylord was able to book all archers a flight time at the Lakeland tournament on the same date at 3:00 pm. All archers should be bringing home updated schedules today. If you have any questions please contact Mr. Gaylord or Mr. Connor.

This Saturday, January 22, Leesville will be participating in an archery tournament at Clinton Middle School. Students will be split into two flights, one starting at 2:00 pm and the other starting at 3:00 pm. Your students will be notified of what time their flight is later this week. Thank you!


REMINDER: There will be no basketball practice tonight due to the Boys Basketball game at the Clinton Community Center at 5:30 tonight. Thank you!

ATTENTION!! There will NOT be basketball practice tomorrow, Tuesday December 14th, because of the Christmas program.
The Christmas program will begin at 7 but all students participating need to be at the school by 6:45.

Student Council candy cane sales have begun! Students can purchase at breakfast and lunch for .50 or 2/$1.00!


Third grade made thankful pumpkins in class today! They wrote down 8 things they were thankful for and then they wrote them on strips of paper that we turned into a pumpkin. I love doing these every year and I hope the families enjoy them too. Have a great Thanksgiving break!!





Middle School Winter Dance

Mr. Avis stopped by the third grade classroom and talked to us about his time in the army. The students had a lot of great questions! I think they really enjoyed it. Thank you to all the veterans who have served for our country.





Leesville R-IX will be streaming our Veterans Day program on FB live tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. This way parents can enjoy the program too.
